Chase and Bob are a blessing from God! Chase answered our call after hours, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running again at minimal cost. The work ethic and integrity these two exhibited today is a rarity. I will recommend Pelican Underground, LLC to everyone I know. Outstanding job gentlemen!!!!

We’ve had the privilege of working closely with Pelican Underground, and it’s hard to overstate the level of professionalism and craftsmanship they bring to every project. As a manufacturer, you don’t just look for customers—you look for partners who truly understand the trade, respect the process, and execute at a high level. Pelican Underground is exactly that. Their attention to detail, commitment to doing things the right way (not the easy way), and pride in their work sets them apart in this industry. What stands out the most is their character. They show up prepared, they care about the outcome, and they represent the kind of installer we’re proud to be associated with. It’s one thing to use a system—it’s another to master it and elevate it. That’s what they’ve done. We’re genuinely proud to call Pelican Underground a Repiper installer. If you’re looking for a contractor who takes their craft seriously and delivers quality you can trust, you’re in very good hands.

Chase and his crew saved our life! He came out late, and when I say late…9pm, on a Friday and found the problem. Saturday morning he had the issue solved in less than an hour. I can’t say how much I thank them. Thank you again!

Thank goodness my Google search for a second opinion on my sewer line lead me to Pelican Underground—-I had been told by other plumbers that I would need my sewer line to be rerouted!!! ($$$$) They were WRONG!!! Chase and crew spent five hours clearing a massive clog in our 60+ year house plumbing that no other plumber was able to budge! They were professional, prompt, and courteous And saved me tons of money. Saved me the HEADACHE of having a reroute done as well ! This business is no scam! Chase took a couple of days to get back to me after my original text because he was working several states away from me at that time. He did his best to schedule me at his first convenience and we are forever grateful for his expertise. Once he got us a service date (it was not too long a wait!), he promptly showed up for the diagnostics and was always available by phone for any questions I had!!

The technician that came out on 8 Aug was professional and very helpful but had a problem with the office not answering the phone and not returning phone calls when trying to get the estimate for the work. I called daily for a wk trying to get a copy of the quote for the descaling of our main sewer line so we can move forward on our urgently needed servicing of our sewer line. Suzanne got involved and addressed the problem with us not getting the quote and helped us towards getting our sewer line issue resolved.
