For contractors listed in our directory:

• Accuracy: Contractors are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, including contact details, service areas, and certifications.
• Verification: Listings are claimed and maintained by the businesses themselves. A Verified badge means our team has spoken with the business by phone; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of service quality.
• Pricing: Listings are free. Publishing a project case study costs $297; each company's first case study is free.
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or receive verified complaints.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights

We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from interactions between users and contractors found through our directory. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting contractors.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRENCHLESSNET, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
