For contractors listed in our directory:

  • Accuracy: Contractors are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, including contact details, service areas, and certifications.
  • Verification: Our verification process confirms basic business information but does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service quality.
  • Listing Tiers: Different subscription levels (Free, Verified, Premium) provide different features and visibility.
  • Removal: We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies or receive verified complaints.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission
  • Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
  • Post content that infringes intellectual property rights

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENCHLESSNET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from interactions between users and contractors found through our directory. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting contractors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRENCHLESSNET, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
