The NGI Technician, Cosmin, was punctual, polite, and professional! The camera system he used to scope the inside of my sewer line worked very well. He mapped the sewer line, identified the bends and branches and developed a plan to descale and reline the pipe with minimal disruption to my house. He talked me through his approach, asked for my input, and explained the risks of each option. In the end I am confident he will be able to replace my old cast iron sewer pipe at minimum expense and best results. Overall a great service call.

Great experience working with this team from the initial call all the way down to getting the service done. It was very seamless. They called when they said they were going to call. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. Also, I went through multiple different companies before getting the toilet replaced and getting things fixed, and they were the only people who actually got it done. They wouldn't stop until they actually figured out what the problem was, and also made a plan to fix it, then executed. I truly appreciate working with them. If anything ever comes up again, which I hope it doesn't lol. They will be-my first call. Thanks, Bob and team.

We did a trenchless pipe clearing and liner on an old clay pipe that was blocked by dirt and roots. It was pricey, but got this scheduled and completed in a few days. A new sewer tap would've likely taken 30 - 60 days to permit and cost much more. Plus damage to the yard was minimal, with no damage to the sidewalk or street. I highly recommend as a great alternative to a sewer tap.

The technician Cosmin Bob was absolutely outstanding, thorough, professional, and polite. The company provided me with a sewer scope that was vivid and clear, and I could see every crevice that was in the video and it had given me a very close view of issues that were present in the sewer line.
