Prodigy Sewer & Drain

When we learned we had breaks in the original plumbing of our historic home, we feared the worst. Original consults gave us the impression that we'd have to tear out floors due to an addition that previously had been added. Research led us to Prodigy, and after gathering three estimates, we went with their trenchless, no-dig technology. We're grateful that this full, extensive repair saved us time, money and disruption to our lives. Mark was a professional in guiding us through it all.

Mark came by to look at a couple of clogged exterior drain lines. With the complexity of the lines, he wasn’t able to hydrojet the blockage. Most companies these days would still charge you the full sticker price and move on with their lives. Mark walked me through what he saw, what he was and wasn’t able to do, and was clear that he couldn’t fix the issue but we brainstormed a couple of alternatives I could DIY. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity. If that’s how you run your business, you’re doing it the right way.

I have been able to work with Prodigy on a number of commercial projects now being both at state schools and private owner representation projects. I have had nothing, but the best experiences and their team have been a pleasure to work with.
