Prompt and professional service. I'm very satisfied with the price and the service. Technician Alex was great, worked quickly, cleaned up the work area. Nice guy too.

UPDATE - I WAS IN FACT A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS... Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company. We hired this company to perform a camera inspection and dye test on our plumbing. After completing the camera inspection, we were told that the line was severely filled with roots and that the recommended repair would cost approximately $10,000. After reviewing the actual camera footage ourselves, we were extremely concerned because the video appeared remarkably clear and did not match the description we had been given. We decided to get a second opinion and showed the footage to another plumbing contractor. The second contractor was able to address the issue by simply spraying out the pipe for approximately $500, after which we passed the dye test. I understand that plumbing issues can be complicated and that repairs can be expensive, but the significant discrepancy between what we were told and what another contractor was able to accomplish was extremely concerning. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repair based on this company's recommendations. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

Great communication, reasonable prices, & quality work. Alex showed up right at the beginning of the time window and was out the door a few hours later. We had a new hose bib installed and a few isolation valves replaced, and he was very forthcoming and honest about costs and necessary scope - real personable and cleaned up after himself too. We'll be using Cirigliano again for any future plumbing needs.
