PICA Corp. was formed in 2008 with the intent of providing world class inspection services for the municipal water, wastewater and power generation market. To accomplish this goal, PICA has borrowed years of experience gained by its sister company, Russell NDE Systems (Inc. 1972), while servicing the Oil & Gas markets. Russell and PICA have developed and manufactured inspection tools, which are supported by an electromagnetic technology called Remote Field Testing. PICA has completed inspections
