We know that in the industrial sector, "time is money" takes on a whole new meaning.  A few hours of downtime can result in a lot of red ink on your balance sheet. We know you cannot afford for your process water supply to be contaminated by your piping systems.  We can reline, repair, and renew your process and potable water systems as well as waste lines to provide uninterrupted flow to and from the production line due to leaks.

Potable and Process Water Systems

Pipe corrosion occurs in virtually all types of piping systems from the moment they are put into service.   The adverse effects of this natural deterioration and corrosion build-up are all too familiar: process water contamination, colored, bad tasting and foul smelling drinking water, water filled with harmful heavy metals, poor flow and heat transfer, and an abundance of pinhole leaks caused by excessive chlorine exposure. The heavy use of water in industrial processes speeds this corrosion and deterioration exponentially and reduces the life of the piping system.

Cured-in-place epoxy pipe lining system restores, repairs and renews leaking, corroded piping systems without the costly expense of destruction and disruption of your routine as in traditional pipe repair and replacement.

The cleaning and lining of your potable water system will restore and renew your piping system to better-than-original condition, and quickly eliminate dangerous leaching of heavy metals into your water in the most cost-effective and time-saving way possible means greater protection for your property and products and better health for you and your employees. Our epoxy barrier coating is UL classified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61 and is approved and UPC-listed.

Waste Lines

Waste lines fail in the industrial sector daily due to aging lines, root intrusion, calcification and ground movement from seismic activity, costing millions of dollars in damage.  Compromised process drainage and sanitary waste piping can lead to costly down time and millions more in increased taxes due to crumbling underground infrastructure of municipalities.  In addition to the expense and inconvenience, interruption of production processes, loss of raw materials and fouled finished products can result from waste line failures.  Dissatisfaction of employees due to work environment can result in the loss of quality, trained personnel.

When sewer and discharge line repairs and replacement is necessary Cure-In-Place Piping ( CIPP ) offers many advantages. The Trenchless Technology approach incorporates air inversion and insertion that allows our trained technicians to install a high strength, chemical resistant, 2 part epoxy impregnated felt liner into your existing piping . This method creates a pipe within a pipe thus avoiding unsightly, unnecessary excavation of floors, driveways patios and lawns. Minimal invasive methods mean less on-site time and less inconvenience or stoppages in your production processes.

Once installed , the new pipe within a pipe becomes root proof, resistant to some chemicals used in the production process, stronger than the original pipe and worry free for many years! Many of the problems you avoid include: destruction of expensive landscaping, flooring, patios and driveways, interruption of your production processes while repairs are being completed, restoration to appearance of lawns and landscaping.  In addition, you don't have to worry about the health and safety issues involving open trenches.  In addition, many of our waste and discharge line repairs are implemented and completed in less than 24 hours.
